To ensure compatibility and efficiency; we recommend that all media be prepped as follows;

Reference Picture:

• Apple Quicktime H264 .mov resolution 1280 x 720 file with embedded audio of work in progress inclusive of 2 pop (if picture is slated).

• Picture file export should be rendered either from first frame of picture or with a visual countdown slate indicating lineup to 2 pop.

Audio content / elements:

• AAF or OMF with embedded audio (excluding video media) with a minimum of 5 seconds handles. 2 pop should be included for re-sync.

• Source files at the best possible resolution. Preferred: Aiff or Wav @ 48Khz/24Bits - MP3 @ 320Kbps .

• A copy of the music source file in its un-edited / original form.

• Splits / Stems that are being reworked from a previously mixed version

• A document with the expected delivery specifications.
